I am trying to retrive a data from my back-up files. It is looking for Mybackup 00001 file for a particular date. I could not find that file. Is there a way to retrieve the data without that particular file?
I need badly these files.

I'm afraid you have found out the hard way the problems with backing up to a set of discs - if one goes down, you're hammered.
You could try cdroller or isobuster to see if anything can be recovered (both have free trial versions that will let you know if the files are readable. If they are, then you can prchase the app to extract the files
