Hi,
We recently purchased a new computer and are trying to get as much of my familiar software onto the new PC as possible. We bought it, so we might as well keep using it without having to buy new software.
One of these is Sonic DigitalMedia Plus v7 which as far as I can remember came bundled with the old PC, which is an HP with a separate recovery drive or partition. So obviously we don't have a disc for this software, and it would seem like HP recovery can't get this software for a new machine, only for the old one.
Is there a way to use our serial number for a download of this old software?

Sorry, but there's no way you can get a download of the OEM software from Sonic. They wouldn't be allowed to provide it to you even if they still had a copy.
It's produced for HP, who then have complete control of it.
