Now this is a better post. You did not threadjack somone else's post so we can andswer your question without getting confusion. Turn off your anti-virus, insert the program disc in your computer and select to repair the program when that options shows up.
Turn off/don't use any registry cleaners including those in your anti-virus program.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
