Interface Opens In Background Or Does Not Open When Clicked

I am running Windows XP Pro 2002 with Service Pack 3. I have Roxio Creator 9. When I launch the software (double click the Icon), it does nothing. Lately, when I log off the computer, I see a glimpse (quick view) of the Roxio Comsole interface as the computer is turning off. What might be the problem? I have 1.5G memory and everything was working fine. Can someone help?

You can try the Repair option through Add/Remove Programs.  If that doesn't work, the Clean Install instructions are here:
