Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition

I have Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition and when I try to burn a dvd movie from my computer I get a message videowave has stopped working. Does anyone have an answer for me that may help me out.

Hi everyone maybe one of you kind people can help me with my problem. I have Roxio Creator 2009 Special Edition and it was working fine until a couple of days ago when I tried to burn a dvd movie and when I chose the movie from my files I get the error message Videowave has stopped working, can anyone tell me what that means and how I can fix it if possible. Thank you guys.

PLEASE ask only once and then wait for a reply.  This is not a bulletin board so immediate answers are out of the norm.

Do a repair of the program from the disc with your anti-virus off after you have updated your computer this way (link)

More information will help also.

Do you run a registry cleaner or is one part of your anti-virus?

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
