So i bought a brand new Dell XPS 9000 and spent lots of money with Roxio Creator premier blu ray installed and i finally got around to using it but when ever I try to click on anything video related like DVD express i get these errors and can't get by them so I can't use the product at all.  I have blu ray burner and only reason bought this setup up was to burn home dvd movies of kids playing ball.  error is long but in essence says Image file "fileC:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Roxio Shared|10.0\Common Resources\Shared\Locale\1033\Images\Loading.png." cannot be loaded.

I also tried to use the Media Import function and i get Runtime Error! Program ...ram Files (x86)\Roxio\Media Import10\MediaCapture10.exe    This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.  Please contact the applications's support team for more information.

I am currently operating Windows7.  And I was able to burn data images onto a blu-ray disc but that was it.  I can't get any video images into Roxio.

Can anyone help on this

You "Bought" a Dell version of the software.  They modified it for use on their computers.  All technical support for that product is via Dell.  Contact them.  Sorry we can't be more supportive.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
