Problem with the Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning: Windows XP
When I burn a DVD-R movie from youtube, downloaded by realplayer, the playback of the DVD shows a double vision or even triple vision screen. It also appears to be a double or triple vision when looking at the encoding preview and the menu preview window. The box of the software I bought at Bestbuy for $29.95 says it's compatible with Windows XP. What can I do? Does this have to do with copyright protected stuff? Or is there another problem? Any help appreciated, because I hate to just get ripped off by Bestbuy who says they can't refund their software!
Thanks.

It would be the download not the software...
Burning is simply take a byte from a file and burn the byte to disc
Nothing is changed.
If you supply the link to the file and a Step by Step description of what you are doing, we would be happy to look at it and try to reproduce it
Posting a screen cap of before and after would go a long way in helping us 'see' the problem too. HERE
