The drag and drop function in creator 10 does not work. Went through all the steps that Roxio support suggested, including uninstalling and reinstalling the product but it still doesn't work. My OS is Windows 7.

Would you please clarify what version of Roxio you have. You posted in the Creator 2010 forum, but you say later on "The drag & drop function does not work in creator 10".
There is a older version called Easy Media Creator 10 (not compatible with Windows 7), so, which version do you have?.

Also, which "Drag & Drop function" are you referring to?
