I am trying to import from a DVD and convert the video for editing and reproduction purposes (yes, this one's legal).  Regardless of the format that I try to convert it to, the message "Roxio VideoConvert has stopped working" appears with the sub, "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

Any assistance would be great as this is time sensitive...

Thanks!
