How to adjust the graphics on the menu page?

On the preview screen all the images come out very distarted.  I am wondering if I need to adjust some setting.

I'm still not sure what you mean but just because the preview screen is not clear does not mean the project will not come out clean. You might try a different monitor resolution and see if that helps.
