I have created several backups with Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 and can successfully retreive these files. However, I cannot retreive the files from my most recent (2009), a 6 DVD backup. The Roxio Retreive Icon does not appear with the files and I cannot activate Roxio Retreive from the program, it doesn't appear anywhere. All 6 DVD's appear to be OK. I can download the files but cannot open them. These files are valuable to me, is there any way to retreive them.
