Is There A Way To Redownload Easy Cd & Dvd Creator 6

Since 2003 I have had my Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 Platinium Edition and it was meeting all my needs. Recently the damned thig did not detect my CD et DVD drive.

So I decided to try to repair the installation. I could not. My Easy CD & DVD Creator was purchase Dell at the same time as my Dell GX-280.

My copy is registerd with Roxio, but I am having problem since it is not supported anymore. I am not asking for support but a simple WEB site where I could download it.

Would someone know of such a possibility?

It sounds likie you bought it from Dell; ask them if that is true.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

If the problem is the Roxio software not seeing your drives and you still have the software installed?

Does windows see your drives?

Immediately after you installed version 6 you were offered an executable to help with drive recognition.  driveinfo.exe run it first, and reboot the PC.

There was/is a Drive Updater DU20041203.exe run it next, reboot the PC..

Roxio's website won't let me upload a .exe file so I've renamed them .txt. You download them, then right click on them, click rename, and change the .txt to .exe..
