You posted in Creator 2010 part of the forum; I don't think that is what you have but please confirm what you do have.

So is this something new?  Are you trying to run Creator 10 in Windows 7?

If it is Easy Media Creator 10 ( an older full program) then you should be able to repair it; if it is something like Creator 10.x DE, you will have to go to whomever supplied the program (Dell?)

Your best bet is to do all the updates to you computer listed here.  then remove the program using these instructions(don't skip anything),  turn off your anti virus and reinstall.

Do you have the disc or download?

I have the same problem. I was using Roxio Easy Creator 10 and it stopped loading. I see that it may have been a tempVector registry problem. I attemted to uninstall using the full procedure you outlined. I received error notices when I tried to uninstall using the Windows Remove Program. These included problems with the following files not being found - C:\WINDOWS\installer\RCPCORE.MSI and C:\WINDOWS\installer\MediaShare.MSI - among numerous others. I cannot get access in any way to uninstall past the Remove programs. Even the regedit options finally gag when I get down the list.

My computer - a Dell Vostro - is with me here. The disks are 300 miles away for the next while and there is no way to install OR uninstall Roxio or run it. Then I find that ROXIO - of all the companies I buy software from - doesn't have any way to redownload a copy from their servers. I can guarantee that I won't BUY it again if it is such a tender reed at such a price. How do I get a clean uninstall if your procedure gags? Is there a clean out program for EMC 10? I just want to get it all out, then I'll reload when I get home.

Were just fellow users on here and have no control over Roxio and its policy's, or redownloads.

You could download and run the Revo uninstaller (in Moderate mode).
