Roxio has disappeared from my PC. It is not in the add/remove programs file. I also checked the c drive common files. It is not there either. When I try to reinstall , the program says a copy already exists and it fails to reinstall, Any suggestions?

That is a Dell OEM version and you would have to contact Dell for a recovery disc
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

You could try the freeware Regseeker program from HOVERDESK.
I use it often, and it will frequently uninstall stuff that doesn't show in the Add/Remove Programs window.
Click "Installed Applications" to get a list, and if your Dell EMC 10.2 appears there, Left-click on it to select it. Then right-click and select Delete. Regseeker will then try to uninstall it.

Brendon
