when i convert a ripped dvd with popcorn 2 it came after 5 - 10 minutes the error "the last commant can't do, an E/A Error -36 is given"

(sorry my bad translation, but E/A and -36 ist the best one)

also with mpeg, mp4, ipod etc.

please help me...

That generally means there is a problem with the source file.  Test with a different source file to see if it is a Popcorn issue.
