Certain Networks Not Allowing Transfers

After recording some shows they show up in my TiVo Transfer Beta 3 with a red circle with a line through it and I can't transfer them.  What is the deal with these restrictions?  Has anyone else noticed this and is there a fix for this?

This indicates the program is being blocked from copying by the provider. This is done by either the cable company or by the providing programmer. Nothing can be done about it.

Recently, just like you I've been blocked from copying by the provider. That was not nice.Posted Image
