Need To Burn My Compilation Of Songs

i want to make a CD.. with a compilation of songs.. i have my list in the computer but i believe i must download this into my hard drive and then copy onto new CD?.. do i need to use media player to accomplish this??

What is the source of your songs? An audio CD or music files such as WAV or MP3 files?

What sort of a compilation do you want to make? An MP3 disc or an Audio disc?

What Roxio CD writing software [name and version number] do you have?

What Operating System are you using? [DOS, Win95, Win 98, XP . . . ]

Which version of Windows Media Player does it have?

Whew, that's a number of questions, but if you can answer them for me we can give you the answer you need.
