I have just returned to Roxio having got a new PC with windows 10 and roxio creator 2011. I uploaded one of my albums (legal) on CD and batch converted to mp3. On playback the sound had a minimal waver on low volume and was of a lower than normal quality on higher volume. My studio and everything else works fine so I suspect the problem is with Roxio Batch conversion or playback. Anyone shed any light on this ? I had previously used Clean 5 plus for this and it worked great but is useless on windows 10. Thanks for any help Peter.

:o   What happened to Windows 8 and 9?  Now, really what operating system are you using?  Are we on TV? :P

What is My Studio?

Is the waver only on the first piece converted?  You may have two audio applications trying to run at the same time.

Did you notice this when you set up the convert?

Hello and thanks for responding. Sorry it must be windows 7 Home premium (by 10 I meant 2010)My studio is my own recording studio set up which is a standalone digital recorder Zoom MRS 1266, I did not notice the maximise volume control so maybe that will solve it. I will have another go, Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.I may well have had two audio applications running at the same time. The waver was worst on the first track but still there later but not as bad.

I recently used it in Creator 2011 and I thought it worked just fine.
I converted over a thousand cd's to mp3 and I think they sound just fine.
Maybe try kicking the quality up a notch or two.
Use at least 192 or 256 for the bitrate.

I haven't noticed any problem with any of the tracks that I've converted.
