hi

i need help

i keep getting a runtime error when i try to create a picture dvd
it says:

microsoft visual c++ runtime library

runtime error

program:...iles\roxio shared\10.0\sharedcom\roxwizarslauncher10.exe


any one any clues?

Those errors refer to EMC 10 version but you are posting in the EMC 6 forum. So which version do you have?

I now know its emc 10 regards to the 10 in the error message
i think i`ve sorted the problem the pics i was using in the slide show creator
were all taken on different camers and not all jpeg`s iv`e now changed them
all to jpegs and they are uploading but now having problems with the music track with
skipping ??

Hi

i have now burnt 4 slide shows onto dvd and my lastest has failed?
it has let me down big time

after loading on photos i get the message

but it seems the problem was the photos i was using they were all taken on different camers
and not all jpegs ?? so i changed all of them to jpegs and they now all upload
but im now getting skipping on the audio track, but if i tick the pan and sway box its fine ??
