No.

1)  If you have a blu-ray player, you should already have a program to  play BR with it. IF you don't like that one then you can get an add-on.
2) Depends on how old the TV is and if it is   HDCP compliant.
3) No, you can get an add-on.

If you are NOT going to capture a lot of analog video from an old analog camcorder, then I don't think that is a good deal because you have to get the add-ons.

Your better bet might be to buy the 2010 Pro version of the program (Amazon) which gives you the ability to burn blu-ray discs but does not do 3D.  You would still need to use your old blu-ray player program for your computer  or you would need to buy the blu-ray plug in to play blu-ray on your computer.  If you need the 3D functionality, then you would need the 2011 Pro version.  

Do you have an earlier version f a Roxio Creator (not OEM)?  If so, perhaps you can upgrade.  Check the Roxio on-line store.  The advantage of buying from that store is that you have a 30 day $$ back policy.

Please post your computer specs especially your graphics device and also the name and model of your blu-ray burner.  You computer must be much better than the minimum specs.
