HELP!!!!! I have had a problem for the last few days and nobody seems to be able to or want to help me with it. Not Dell, and especially not ROXIO!!!! Starting this past Sunday, I am getting a Roxio Media Manager pop-up on my screen along with a runtime error - "program: ... ommon Files\Roxio Shaed\9.0\SharedCOM\RoxLive
Shar9.exe"   "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information."   THEN...on the next runtime error message: the same words only "R6025 - pure virtual function call" and finally on the last message..."Windows Installtion - preparing to install"...

I TOOK ROXIO OFF MY COMPUTER AND DELETED IT OUT OF MY REGISTRY AND YET IT KEEPS COMING BACK...WHY WON'T SOMEONE (JIM AT ROXIO) HELP ME???

First of all, knock off the bold and enlarged text (unless you have a problem with your eyesight)

Next - what version do you have? You are giving a reference which would seem to be EMC 9 - which brings in the question of what OS you have installed.
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Since this is a users forum, we have no idea who "Jim at Roxio" is. If this error just started then what changes did you make to your system to cause the eroor.

It would also help if you were to explain exactly what you are doing
