I installed Toast 11 yesterday. I can see my Tivo in the nav bar and the list of shows.
Today I restarted the Tivo and my router.
I can set up a transfer but it never actually transfers and eventually the program quits itself. It hangs on "0 of 1.5GB - waiting"
I don't know what else to do. I went through and did all the things listed in the Sticky Topic of tivo transfer but i still can't download.

I was hoping something would work. I haven't encountered this problem so I don't know what might be its cause. Try changing the location for the recordings folder in TiVo Transfer preferences. What wireless router do you have?
