See the picture below. If you don't see that, you may have a problem with your video cardd. List your system specs., similar to how I have mine in my signature.

For video work, it appears that your computer is below the minimum standards. That may be the reason you are having problems.

Here are messages I am getting when i'm trying to open the video in the Roxio for editing
