i have converted an avi file to mp4 format but i can not transfer it to itunes. i've checked the information of the file and it's exactly the same a one which is worked?
do i have to use another format of Popcorn ?
fyi I've chossen the format for IPOD but doesn't work as well

The AppleTV format should work just fine. If it doesn't import to iTunes then something is wrong with the file. Try again.
