Windows Requires A Digitally Signed Driver

im using 'yes' broadband, and cannot connect. it say that my windows requires a digitally signed driver. the driver is GCT device intialization driver. could somebody help me ? urgent, n getting tired re-installed and install. please

What cannot connect and to what?
What operating system?
Driver for what?
