Recently sequenced Roxio Creator Business DVD v10 with no problems. When launching the virtual version I receive the "All your drives are set to disabled. On this operating system, in order to start Creator Business v10 you must either physically remove your drive(s) or enable at least one drive." error.
This error does not pop up if Business Creator is installed physically. Is there a special way to virtualize this app, or can it be done at all?

I think you should get in touch with Customer Service with your problem. As far as I know, no one here has that program and any experince with it. I have never heard of it.
What do you mean by "sequenced"?

Also if you are trying to run it on a VM, it will NOT work
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
