For over a year I have used the converter successfully to convert DVD's to iTunes for downloading to my iPad. Recently, when I click on the green arrow the 'Video Copy & Converter' box opens. Phase 1 of 1 (0%) shows with a coloured line which then jumps to 100% and closes, with no output file being stored. I have tried looking a the setup, different file locations and options and different DVD's copied on the HDD and directly from DVD's. I have loaded SP2, hunted the internet, viewed the discussion groups and tried the Roxio support pages. It must be something stupid but I cant see the wood for the trees!!

Anyone have advice or ideas?

What changes have you made to your computer between the time it last worked and the time it failed?

There are reported problems with IE9 - could that be the reason?
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Ahaa!

Routine upgrade to Adobe, and I added a NAS box and shifted a load of media files, plus IE to 9!!!! I hardly use it I prefer Google), and it hasn't been opened whilst I was using Roxio.

I will downgrade IE and give it a go.

Thanks for your help
