In Roxio Photoshow, how would I add a blank page to my photostream and then fill it with my own text?

Depends on what other programs you have on your computer.  Simply make or download a blank jpeg image of the color of your choice and add that.   What color are you looing for?  I can make one for you if you don't have anyhting else on your computer.
