Windows XP sp3.
1. Started with Creator 8.2 XE, which worked just fine for my needs.
2. Upgraded to Creator 10. Installed it, and was using it intermittently, until I realized that RoxioCentralFX never started up, and I never saw a central dispatch for the application I desired (data, music, video).
3. Contacted online Support, was advised to delete and reinstall. Failed again. I removed 82XE (too bad, because it would never reinstall). I followed "Complete Uninstall of Creator 2009 and Creator 2010 (Windows XP), I used manual editing of Registry, plus Registry cleaning tools to remove (I hoped) any residual traces of the install.
4. Nothing worked. Reinstall of Creator 2010 always ended with "000D" error.
5. Furthermore, anytime I tried to "View Help Tickets" on my account, the java script "loadtickets()" would hang up forever. I tried deleting IE8 temp files and cookies, even reinstalled IE8, but to no avail. After adding a new ticket, I could see my tickets, but thereafter no.
6. I've had enough of this. Installed Nero 10, and it looks so much easier to use. Support refuses to contact me directly, chides me for creating so many help tickets -- don't seem to understand that I cannot view them. (I even tried using a different PC, that only caused IE8 to crash.)

Other users aren't reporting your Java problem. What version of Java are you using?

A bit of confusion here Brendan - at one point the OP refers to Creator 10, and later calls it Creator 2010
Which is it?
Which is it?
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

I don't care, since he has given up and gone to Nero.
I'm just trying to fix his Java problem so he can see his tickets. It seems to be a fault on his system, else everyone would be complaining the ticketing system was munted.

Brendon
