Hi, I,m LEN and I have the same problem.  I,ve downloade files with avi, mpeg bov etc and get the same answer.  


'Add media operation failed,  Media file is not supported.

Probably the files...

Take one of the files into a 2D VideoWave Project and output it as a new mpeg file.

Then try that new file in a new VideoWave 3D Project.

IF that doesn't work, give us details about the file

I converted file from avi - mpeg.  did exactly as you requested.  

in normal 2d , no problem.but when i WANT TO CONVERT FROM 2D -3D , I GET THE Message -  'the files you selected contain missing or invalid video streams, and have not been added.

I have an LG 3D SMART TV and a bluray dvd player hooked up together.

PLAYS BRILLIANT Commercial 3D DVDS, I can watch tv in 3D,  conversion using the remote control to switch from 2D -3D.

Not as good as REALD but the picture is deep back in the TV.

I bought the 'Roxio Creation 2011' program from a reputable store in Sydney and I am very disappointed that I cannot get my movies I have on my external drive to convert from 2D - 3D as indicated on the program.

I am hoping to convert these movie files to bluray dvd disk to play in my bluray player.

I,ve tried everything asked and still get the message that the files are not editable or missing streams etc....

I,m very frustrated by this and don,t know what I can do.

I have even converted one movie from avi - mpeg4 format , but still no luck.

I can use 2D conversion , put it on disk and it work.

I still believe this program will work, I just need some help to make it work.

It is the FILE not the software...

I asked for info about the file, not where you bought the software from

However, if you convert the file to mpeg and use that file, it should work!

Please make absolutly, absolutly sure you are using the NEW mpeg file for the 3D conversion and not the original!!!!
