When I get set for printing, I have no option in selecting the print quality. It's stuck on "Medium".
This is whether I want to print to my kodak ESP 5, to my pdf printer or to the Windows XPS document writer.

I'd like to change that quality to "High" or "Best".

Any ideas?

I have a registered Creator 2010.

Where are you seeing this?

The only one I ever see is if I am using LightScribe to burn a LightScribe disc...

If paper, no quality setting is shown in Label Creator.

If you are looking at the "Properties" of your printer, then it is your printer software, not the Roxio Program that is limiting it.

So, provide us a little more detail and we might be able to help ;)

Not lightscribe, just printing out a one page booklet. When I go to File/Print, the window has several sections. The top right section is "Printer Settings": a button for "Properties", below that is a drop down where you can choose your printer (in my case, the kodak, pdf printer and XPS), below that is Status: Ready (in my case); below that is the "Printer Quality" (always medium in my case).

Now if my printer software is limiting me to medium, what printer software would allow me to select a higher grade? I'm particularly interested in printing to a file rather than to paper.
I would love to print to pdf with the highest possible quality. I'm ok to purchase a whole new pdf package, just to print in a higher grade.
I understand if the Kodak low-end consumer printer was limited to medium, but the pdf printer and XPS should let me select quality up to the highest, I'd have thought.

I have a computer that was high end two years ago...great graphics card, processor, ram, etc.

Thanks again...
