Upon trying to re-install  Creator 10 dvd software after a computer crash I constantly get an error message saying "please install a cd/dvd".
I notice the dvd has a small bubble on it approx. 1/4" above the starting inner circle of the dvd.
The Creator 2010 S.E. was bought at my local Costco Store.
Is it possible to get another dvd disk or get permission to download this software off the internet?
I have the Key number.
Thanks.

im not sure with Roxio if this software can be downloaded online, buying a spare disk would be better though. with the looks of it, seems like the disk you previous inserted have been destroyed. try to let your computer read it and check what will happen.

Return it to Costco and show them the defect in the disc. They should exchange the product for you.

Wonder how long ago that was???  <_<

JimBilly refers to to both "Creator 10" (2007-2008), as well as "2010" (2009-2010)

Neither have anything to do with Creator 2011 (2010---) ;)

You can sure try it with Costco as well as Roxio, but I would really be surprised if they do anything...

You could try to copy the disc to another.
