We recall in the past having the ability to double-click on an image file located on the right side and preview that image prior to loading down. There is no response at the upper right 'preview' screen either.
How can we get this important operation back? Thanks, Ron Ricklefs

As far as I know, Roxio never had the ability to play any "image" file directly. You may have had some 3rd part program installed that was able to "play" an iso image (video) file.
What do you mean by "preview that image prior to loading down"? Download to where? One uses the term "download" to download from a website via the internet.
