How long in time is your project? Are you using the "Fit-do-disc" quality setting when burning?

The will not make disc copies. This is also a new problem with this program. I was wondering if the two problems could be related. I operate on windows 7 quad core with 8ram. I start up with msconfig shut down internet and then put the antivirus on silent mode. Thinking I had to much running but the problem still exist. Any idea what has happened? I hate to dump the production and start over. Then I am not sure this will solve the problems. Should I uninstall and try a fresh install?

Fit-to-disc will give the worst quality for projects longer then 60 minutes. A standard 4.7GB DVD can only hold 60 minutes of video at the HQ (best quality) setting. Any longer and the video has to be compressed even more and you lose quality. The "Fit-to-disc" is the worst choice.
I recommend:
In myDVD Select the HQ setting
Uncheck "burn to disc" and set "create image file" and burn to an image file. It will have the extension "iso"
Burn the iso file to a DVD using the program "Burn Image to fisc" (I don't have C2010 installed so am not sure of the exact wording)
The "oversize" image file will transcoded to fir the 4.7GB DVD with quality almost equal to the original.
I don't know what you are referring to with this statement. What program are you using? Make a copy of what DVD?

No This is not the problems I have no issues with the editing process instead it is the play back on DVD with the menu buttons not functioning on play back from disc. Menu button work just fine in preview. There is a function in roxio copy disc, you insert a disc to copy then after it has made the copy you insert a blank disc and then it will burn a copy of your disc. This function all of a sudden will not work. I generally use Sony Vegas for my editing, but I had some dropped frame issues on this production so I was using Roxio because the dropped frames where not being recognized.
