Hi Everyone
I just install emc9 and install was OK.Everytime I try to burn a Music CD(mp3 or wav) in Music Disc Creater program and click burn, it freeze and I have to cold boot or unplug power and restart.I really ,really like this EMC9.I have the old EMC9 for XP.Just for the record my EMC( was working OK until my PC crash and I fix the PC and had to reinstall EMC9 again.HELP I still like EMC9 and need help getting it to run...I cant afford new software.

Did you change the operating system from XP to Vista or W7? EMC 9.0 is not compatible with those OS. I didn't see that in your signature profile.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

I'm not sure what you said in your answer.
EMC 9 will NOT run with W7 or if it runs, it will do so for a short time and then crash.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Go to Add/Remove Programs, scroll down to the Roxio Easy Media Creator Suite, click on it, then click on Change. Have your EMC 9 disc ready, and run the Repair.
