Hello

When I click on the launch icon, my Roxio will no longer open, and this error pops up:

error parsing

c:\windows\microsoft.net\Framework\v2.0.50727\config\machine.config

parser returned error 0xc00CE556

I have spent hours searching for an answer, including downloading difference .NET files etc to no avail. I am out of options now! Does anyone have any ideas?

Its a WIN 7 machine.

Use the appropriate uninstaller, in the following link, then reinstall your software.
