I just purchased Toast 11 today and installed it, but when I open TiVo Transfer, it doesn't "see" my TiVo Premiere. Anyone have any troubleshooting tips for me?

Check out this article. However, the info in that article about Java preferences may be out of date. Mine are Java SE 6 and there is one that is 64 bit and the other is 32 bit. My TiVo Premiere is available in TiVo Transfer in both OS 10.6.8 and 10.7.1

By process of elimination, I think the problem was my network security was too strict. I changed it down to WPA2 and removed a firewall and that seems to work!
