     2 WEEKS AGO I PUT CREATOR 2010 ON 2 OF MY COMPUTERS. IT WORKS FINE ON THE LAP TOP but NOT ONLY DOES IT NOT WORK ON MY DESK TOP IT ALSO MADE THE 2009 CREATER STOP WORKING....I keep getting the same Error on both 2009 and 2010 NO PERMISSION TO LAUNCH APPLACATION THEY ARE BOTH REG. ..THEY WILL NOT LET ME DO ANYTHING..Now understand 2009 worked like a dream before I added 2010..I uninstalled both and reinstalled 2009 still will not work STILL gives me the same error....How do I get this to work again..Is this a way ROXIO has to force me to up grade to 2012? If so it is SO UNDERHANDED....Any help for me out there?!

No one forced you into buying the upgrade from Creator 2009 to Creator 2010 just like no one has arrested you from breaking your EULA agreement by putting one license of the program on two computers.   If you bought two licenses, please forgive me.

Now, calm down and provide more information so we can try to help.  Remember that we are NOT Roxio but just experienced users.

Remove both and reinstall Creator 2009 on your desktop,

Try this for the uninstall of Creator 2010.

If it don't remove everything run this.

Reinstall.

Are you running W7 on either or both of your computers?

If that doesn't fix the problem.  then provide this information if you are serious about getting help.
