Hello,

I bought my HP probook in 2010.  I am just now trying to use Roxio, which came with my computer.  I'm not sure exactly which product I have.  When I registered my product it said Roxio HP_creator basic.  This is the info from "about this software" in the help menu.

Now the problem.  When I try to open "MyDVD", or "MyDVD express" from the main menu I guess you would call it, I get the error message:

Format Loader: LoadImage
Image file "file::C:\Program Files ect..." cannot be loaded

Once I hit OK, i get the error message

RoxWizardLauncher Module has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Now, when I try to open "MyDVD" from the all programs menu, it gives me "ERROR:unable to load skin"
I am running on Windows Vista home edition.  Any help with this problem would be greatly apprecited.

You have a cut down version of Easy Media Creator 10 (not Creator 2010)and supportr, patches and so on are supposed to be provided by HP (it's been altered to their specs and isn't even the same as the original EMC 10)

However - if it worked and then stopped working, what did you do on the computer round that time - new app installed, MS updates, etc. We need to work out what happened

I think that there are mulitple issues.  This Kb article is for Creator 2010   but it may also work for your OEM software
