Hello.. Working with Creator 2010 Pro and have a question about menu design. Is it possible to have 15 or 20 chapter selections on the main DVD menu? I'd prefer text options without the thumbnails.
I'm making a mix of music dvd's and want to be able to either play all clips from the beginning or select any song/clip from a complete list without scrolling through several nested menus.
I'm also thinking about upgrading to the 2012 pro version. Is the menu design more flexible in that program? Any other compelling reasons to upgrade from 2010?
Thanks in advance

You cannot have any chapter selections on the main menu page only Title. Each title can have a chapter menu.
In video terminolgy items on the main menu page are called Titles. Each title can then be subdivided into chapters. Chapters are quivalent to the "scene selection" on commercial DVDs.
You can of course have each song as a Title but I would not recommend trying to put more then 5 or 6 items on a page. To put 15-20 on a page the font would have to be very tiny and unreadable. What I would do is create a menu with perhaps 3 Titles. Title 1 would go to the chapter page containg songs 1 to, Title 2 would give a chapter menu for songs 6-10, etc
C2012 has the same flexible menu creation
