Error Roxio Burn Failed 0X80041024 On A Toshiba

1) The drivers are updated.
2) I am using HP CD's
3) I have lowered the CD speed
4) I have turned off all Security Programs.
5) I downloaded the rbcujan10.exe patch I get the following error "Set up does not support the following product."
I still get the error Roxio Burn Failed 0x80041024 on a Toshiba

What software suite [name and version number] do you have? You've posted in the Copy and Convert forum, but talk about Roxio Burn.
What software is the "rbcujan10.exe patch" for? Can you point me to where it's available, please?
Are you just trying to store your photos onto a CD, or are you trying to make some sort of video/slideshow/photoshow with them?
