Save Individual Frames In Videos

I am trying to save an individual frame in a video clip. Is there a way to do that in Roxio Creator 2011?

Here
Look below the preview screen. The last icon on the left is a camera that will take a shot of the displayed image.

0 downloadsYou can also navigate to the video file using Media Manager. Right clcik on the video file and select extract image. This may be easier if you have a lot of images to extract.

But - which screen or menu choice leads me to the preview? How do I get there?

Sorry, I thought that you were more familiar with the software. This is a screen shot of Creator 2012 but yours should be pretty close to the same.
