Have tried pretty much everything I can, even support can't seem to help.

Downloaded this files, run them in this order:

1.- RoxioCreator2012Pro_JX90AXD0R14
2.- RoxioCreator2012ProDisc2_ZZ17AXD0ESD
3.- Roxio2012Content_ZX09XAD0SQA

1 and 2 went well but on 3.- Roxio2012Content gave me a run time error:

Microsoft VisualC++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program C:\Program Files(x86)\C... This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I have been trying to install this program for two days now... please help!!!

Have you tried launching the applications in the Start Menu?
Roxio2012Content_ZX09XAD0SQA is basically a theme pack for the first disc.

Not sure, that is all I can see on the message.. not very good at all of this, how can I get you more info? I have deleted everything following the suggestions found in this forum. Including regedit steps, hidden folders, etc. Will start from cero again, have uncheck the steps on msconfig too.

Find the Error in the Event Viewer that correspond to the time of the crash:

Follow this path:
Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Event Viewer> Windows Logs > Application, look for Errors on the right> right click error> Event Properties> note description of error, Event# and Source.

PM me your email and I'll forward it to Customer Care. I'm not a part of that department so there's nothing I can do to reset the downloads.
