How did you create the slideshow? Did you use video wave, or a slideshow assistant?
Also, if you create an ISO and preview it, does it still skip those pictures?
Did you rig it up to play all 249 pictures at once, or are they separated into separate submenus? I remember there being a 99 file limit for one of the programs in the suite, and I think it was a slideshow (probably assistant), but i'm not sure. This could inhibit your production...

I think that is MyDVD slide show that has a limit; VideoWave does not.

I believe that it contains some answers and work arounds.
I just "authored" a DVD of about 1200 pictures.
you might be able to use some of the information that I had.
BTW, I had done the same job on EMC 7.5 with no problems (relatively)

I did it in slideshow asssistant. I added all 249 pictures at once. What is an ISO? I created the slideshow and did a preview and it was all there. Any suggestions.

Well, my suggestion would be to do it in videowave. There is some automated features in there, such as "Apply transition to all", so if you don't really care that much about the transitions, then you can do that... You can also add all the pictures at once (though its gonna take a while.. :S)
If you just used the slideshow assistant to burn, I don't believe you can create an ISO image. The ISO image is like a copy of the DVD on your computer, except you have to mount it on a virtual drive (If that means nothing to you, then just know that you cannot open it via standard methods, but you can burn it with ease using Disc Copier -- You can also preview it using Disc Copier. Consult here)
Allright, to create the ISO, save the file in videowave, open it in MyDVD, File->Burn project to Disc
Uncheck "burn to disc" option, check "Save disc image file" (or "Create folder set", I believe they accomplish the same thing...)
Once you've done this, follow the URL I provided to test out the ISO (If you created a video folder, I don't know how to test it, so you'll have to find out on your own
Good Luck
Edit: An afterthought, how did it take you 60 hours to create a slideshow in slideshow assistant? I just tried it, and it took me maybe 30 seconds... (Ignoring loading time)...

When I say that I have spent 60 hours doing this, I have made the slideshow numerous ways trying to get one of the ways to work. I have made new folders, renamed them, created the show different ways and I am determined to get it right because it will drive me crazy if I don't get it right.
How do you get tech support from Roxio without be charged for that service? I have did the Roxanne answer question thing but got no help there.
If you have anymore thoughts on how I can get all my pictures, please let me know. The wedding is soon and my time is getting short.
Thanks

When you imported ALL of the pictures into VideoWave (don't use the "New Slideshow" button...), were all the pictures there?
When did it skip them, when it was adding them (If so, try re-adding them), in the preview (check to see that they were added properly
