Can someone please help. I
purchased emc 7 in November 2004 by download. I need to reinstall, but the download is missing files and the supplied disk does not work. I have tried for the last two weeks to contact Roxio for help, but no such luck. Customer Services said I need to refer to Technical Support and I have tried the web ticket, but again no response. I desperately need to finish off some work on a wedding video. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am based in Scotland, UK. Thanks in anticipation. Graham

The ticket is a Customer Service advisory session and you were referred to contact Technical Support for the issue... which there was never a new ticket created... Also, did you purchase the software directly from us? If you did, please provide your proof of purchase in the new Technical Support ticket you submit and let me know the new ticket number...
