I have used Roxio for years and made many DVD's with photo's. I use Videowave and My DVD. I just purchased Roxio 12 and making new DVD it stops at 97% and doesn't write to DVD. I switched back to Roxio 10 Pro and now have problems with it. I can burn the DVD Photo Show but the music fades in and out when playing on TV, sounds fine when previewed in My DVD. Also I have 2 different video's in the menu and when played on TV you can't tell which one will play first or see which one you are choosing. I have a Compaq Presario, Porcessor AMD Anthlon 11x2 240 dual core 2.80Ghz. Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit OS, Memory 3GB, Video card NVIDIA GeForce 615OSEnForce 430. What do you think my problem is burning DVD on Roxio 10 Pro and Roxio 12? Thanks. If you need other info on my PC tell me how to obtain it, please.

Are you using EMC 10 or Creator 2010? There is no 'Roxio 10' or 'Roxio 12' so we need to know just which you are using

Sorry, I am using Creator 2010 and I just purchased Creator 2012.

Sorry, I am using Creator 2010. I also have Creator 2012 and tried that but it would stop at 97% and not burn to DVD using My DVD on Creator 2012. The Creator 2010 works and burns to DVD in My DVD but when I play it on the TV the music is distorted. I never had a problem with Creator 2010 before but a few months ago I got a trojan on my PC and the HP Tech had me reformat my PC so it would be in the original state. I haven't made a Photo DVD with Videowave and my DVD since. I just purchased Creator 2012 and was trying to make my Video with no success. I removed Creator 2012 and reinstalled Creator 2010 and am having the problem with the music now. I don't know what to do to fix it. Also previously every time I made a DVD with videowave and My DVD it worked fine. I have often added more than one movie in the project and was able to choose which video on the DVD that I wanted to play while on TV. But this time there is no way to tell which video will play. It doesn't highlight or anything so I know which video has been chosen. Have you found this problem previously and can tell me what my problem is?
