i bought this roxio 2009 was going to replace with an up to date version but have had constent problems with this one, every time i go to use it regardless of what i want to do from coneverting to burn cd/ dvd i get errors i have updated it and reinstalled it numerous times but still get the same problem

What operating system are you using? Are you using a registry cleaner?

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
