i have had this program for awile. it wouldn't work on my old computer. now that i have a new computer with windows 7 it still will not work. i cant get it to burn a cd. called customer svs and was told because its not 2012 i had to use chat. i will never buy a roxio product again. no support and product does not do what it is suppose to.

Yes, it does for almost everyone.

Please answer these questions (link)  if you want help, don't if you just want to rant.

You say you want to burn a cd - music or data?   Are you trying to burn anything that is copy protected - like something from ITunes?
