Hello.

I just restored my computer and am now in the process of restoring the stuff I backed up with Roxio Back Up. Some of the files will let me in them but some say that I cannot access them. Is there a fix for this? I hope so because I have a lot of important things I would like restored.

Thanks so much,
Rdwngsfn

This is the message I get when I try to use the files after restoring them:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Documents and Settings\
Taunie Marie.TAUNIE-0513.000\My Documents is not accessible. Access is denied.

I am so frustrated at this point. I did try what that Microsoft solution said but it won't work either.

Help.

Thanks,
RdWngsFn
