I bought this software a few years ago and it never worked with XP or Vista. I gave up and bought AVS. Now I want to try and use it again and it still crashes on me with a windows message - Roxio will close now. I can open the program, but after i start to either convert a file or edit some video, I get that message and it closes Roxio.

What program do you have? Easy media Creator 10 or Roxio Creator 2010? We can then move your topic to the correct forum.
Also please list your system specs.
